Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned gymnast, our adult gymnastics sessions are the perfect way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, all while having fun.

🕒 Time: Thursdays, 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm
👥 Ages: 16 and above
💳 Regular PAYG Price
£10 per session
✅ PAYG bookings include basic British Gymnastics Block Registration insurance.
📅 Monthly Membership Option
– £32/month (based on 48 sessions/year, split into 12 payments).
– Requires British Gymnastics Community Insurance (£24/year).

🏋 What to Expect
15 mins – Warm-up & basic line work across the floor
30 mins – Coach-led apparatus training (different equipment each week)
15 mins – Guided free-time with coach support

- Wear appropriate clothing for exercise
- No jewellery or watches
- Stay within your limits
- Always act safely and avoid endangering others
- Do not exercise if unwell or recovering from illness/injury
- Do not attend if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
Regular participants must pay monthly via LoveAdmin and hold British Gymnastics “Community Insurance”.
By booking, you confirm that:
- You are medically fit to participate and understand you take part at your own risk.
- You release Gymstars Gymnastics Academy and its staff from any liability for injury or harm suffered during or as a result of using the equipment.
- You will abide by the Conditions of Use and seek medical advice if unsure about your health or fitness.
